Kingsbury Sixth Form offers a broad range of A Levels and Vocational courses. Students who transition into Year 12, are encouraged to complete bridging work over the Summer holidays, in preparation for the rigours of Level 3 study.
We offer 3 different pathways; an A Level pathway, an Access to Humanities pathway and a Vocational pathway. Each pathway has different entry requirements, and should be referred to when considering subject and/ or course combinations.
All subjects and courses offered lead to appropriate and aspirational post-18 pathways, including universities, apprenticeships and employment.
Students are expected to complete 4-6 hours of Independent Study, in addition to their timetabled lessons every week, per course or subject. This includes homework, revision and optional super-curricular activities. This equates to at least 3 hours a day of independent learning.
