Jack Petchey Award Winners 2025

We were delighted to celebrate our students and staff who received a Jack Petchey Award in 2025. Award winners were invited to a special ceremony at the Brent Civic Centre, where their achievements were recognised in the presence of the Mayor of Brent, who personally presented each recipient with a medal. All awardees were nominated by their peers and staff in recognition of their outstanding commitment, dedication, and positive contribution to life at KHS and beyond. As part of the award, staff received £1,000 and students received £300 to put towards a project of their choice.

We were also absolutely thrilled to celebrate Mrs McQueen, our amazing Catering Manager, for being recognised with a Jack Petchey Foundation Leader Award! Careen’s dedication, passion, and support for our Kingsbury High community truly embodies what it means to go “above and beyond”. She brings positivity, care and commitment to everything she does, and today we’re proud to shine a spotlight on her incredible contribution.
