Dance

FOUNDATION
Dance is that urge to move when we hear music. Through dance, students develop teamwork skills, focus and improvisational skills. It provides them with a way to express and communicate ideas practically and allows for creative decision making. It also builds self-confidence through performance opportunities.

Programme of lunchtime and after school rehearsals/clubs which generally includes

- 150 GCSE drama students taken to see War Horse at the National Theatre
- Live Theatre Productions of varying styles – great for our GCSE students as it is a requirement of their course
