KHS Law Conference
Three former Sixth Formers, with a keen interest in law, share their wisdom!
We welcomed back 3 alumni for our Annual Law Conference this year. Ifla Mujeeb (gap year) recounted her experience in Sixth Form where she made exceptional use of opportunities and was proactive in applying to external programmes. Saris Dave (Oxford) gave students a taste of studying Law at university. She presented a fascinating case 'Miller vs Prime Minster' where Boris Johnson was taken to court over the prorogation of parliament. Adam Badawy (Warwick University) gave an incredibly insightful talk on how to get into a career in Law. He explained the difference between solicitors and barristers and talked through various pathways into the profession. We are, as ever, incredibly proud of our Alumni and we wish our year 12s every success starting their journey towards a future in Law with the preparation they do this year.
